A green office surrounded by a forest

Is it possible to have a green office? This office is designed by it own owner. The architecture office SELGASCAN, located in an area outside of Madrid surrounded by a forest. The main idea was to work under the trees. That’s why the roof is transparent but also protected from sunlight. It is a good example of having a good relationship between architecture and nature. This project was Shortlisted for the Mies van der Rohe Award 2011. This prize is founded by the European Union for Contemporary Architecture. Further images you can find on ArchDaily.
